Following morning business, the Senate will resume consideration of H.R.1256, the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act, with the time until 2:30pm equally divided and controlled between Senators Dodd and Enzi or their designees.
Senator Reid moved to proceed to S.1023 and filed cloture on the motion. That cloture vote is expected to begin around 12:00 o’clock Tuesday. There will be no further roll call votes today.
