On December 17, 2010, the President signed the Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance Reauthorization and Job Creation Act (H.R.4853;P.L. 111-312) into law. This legislation extends tax cuts for America’s middle class and a wide range of individuals and businesses that would have otherwise expired at the end of this month.
