Cloture filed on several Executive nominations–next vote expected at 10am Tuesday

The Senate agreed to the motion to proceed to the Koskinen nomination 55-37. Senator Reid the filed cloture on the nomination. There will be no further roll call votes tonight.

 

The Next roll call vote is expected to occur at 10:00am tomorrow. Tuesday, December 17. That vote will be on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to concur with respect to H.J.Res.59, the legislative vehicle for the Bipartisan Budget Act.

 

We were able to go in and out of Executive Session by voice vote and Senator Reid filed cloture on the following nominations, with the number of post-cloture hours listed in parenthesis:
