Senator Burr objects to vote on student loan bill (S.953)

Senator Warren asked unanimous consent that at a time to be determined the Senate proceed to vote on passage of S.953, the Student Loan Affordability Act. Senator Burr objected. Senator Burr then asked consent to take up and pass a bill, which is what he describes as the President’s proposal. Senator Warren objected.
