The Senate will convene at 9:30 a.m. and resume consideration of the conference report on H.R. 2419, The Farm, Nutrition, and Bioenergy Act. There will be 90 minutes for debate equally divided. Following, Senators should expect at least two roll call votes beginning as early as 11:00 a.m. As a reminder, there is a 1:00 p.m. filing deadline for first degree amendments to H.R. 980, the Collective Bargaining Legislation. Senators should also be prepared for votes in relation to appointing conferees to the Budget Resolution conference.
