Cleaning Up the Culture of Corruption

Washington, D.C. - Jim Manley, Senator Reid’s Spokesman, released the following statement today:

“George Bush said he'd fire those responsible for the White House leak, and now that there's even more evidence that his minions were involved, it's time he kept his word. Anything less will make it clear that he has no intention of cleaning up the culture of corruption the Republican Party has created in Washington. America can do better. The buck stops with President Bush, and it's time for him to step up to the plate, take responsibility and begin to put an end to the recent string of Republican scandals.”
