Objection to Ayotte request to call up amendment #2603

Senator Ayotte asked unanimous consent to set aside the pending amendments in order to call up amendment #2603 (Child Tax Credit and military retirement benefits under the Bipartisan Budget Agreement) to S.1845, Emergency Unemployment Compensation Extension Act. Senator Boxer objected.
