Schedule for Monday, January 11, 2016

The Senate convened for a pro forma session with no business conducted and stands adjourned under the provisions of H.Con.Res.104 until 2:00pm on Monday, January 11, 2016.

On Monday, following any Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business with senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each.

At 5:00pm, the Senate will enter Executive Session to consider Executive Calendar #213, the nomination of Luis Restrepo to be US Circuit Judge for the Third Circuit. There will be 30 minutes of debate equally divided prior to a roll call vote on confirmation of the nomination.

As a reminder, in December cloture was filed on the motion to proceed to S.2232, Audit the Fed (Paul). That cloture vote will be on Tuesday, January 12, at 2:30pm.
