McConnell files cloture on MTP to H.R.4038, American SAFE Act of 2015

Senator McConnell withdrew the motion to proceed to S.2232, Audit the Fed, and moved to proceed to Calendar #300, H.R.4038, American SAFE Act of 2015, and filed cloture on the motion. By consent, the cloture vote will occur at 2:30pm on Wednesday, January 20, and if cloture is invoked then the time will be counted as if it had been invoked at 6:00pm on Tuesday, January 19, 2016.
