Senate Floor Schedule For Tuesday, January 13, 2009
- Morning Business for up to 1 hour with senators permitted to speak for up to 10 minutes each. The Majority will control the first 30 minutes and the Republicans will control the second 30 minutes.
- Following Morning Business, the Senate will resume consideration of S.22, the Lands bill.
- The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly party luncheons.
- 2:30pm filling deadline for 1st degree amendments.
- Reid moves to proceed to S.181, Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act and files cloture on the motion.
