The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Wednesday, January 20, 2016.
Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business until 12:30pm, with senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each.
The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
At 2:15pm, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to H.R.4038, American SAFE Act of 2015, with the time until 2:30pm equally divided. At 2:30pm, there will be a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R.4038. If cloture is invoked it will be as if invoked at 6:00pm on Tuesday, January 19, 2016.
