Agreement on Vazquez nomination (NY district judge)--2:30pm vote Tuesday

The Senate has reached an agreement that at 2:15pm on Tuesday, January 26, the Senate proceed to Executive Session to consider Executive Calendar #306, the nomination of John Michael Vazquez, of New Jersey, to be United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey. There will be 15 minutes for debate equally divided prior to a vote on confirmation of the nomination.
