Schedule for Friday, January 22, and Tuesday, January 26, 2016

The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Friday, January 22, for a pro forma session with no business conducted. When the Senate adjourns on Friday, it will adjourn until 10:00am on Tuesday, January 26, 2016.

Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business until 11:00am.

Following morning business, the Senate will begin consideration of S.2012, Energy Policy Modernization Act of 2015, with debate only until 3:00pm. At 2:15pm on Tuesday, January 26, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session to consider Executive Calendar #306, the nomination of John Michael Vazquez, of New Jersey, to be United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey. There will be 15 minutes for debate equally divided prior to a vote on confirmation of the nomination.
