Filing deadlines for Keystone XL pipeline--3pm and 5pm Monday

As a reminder, Senator McConnell filed cloture on the Murkowski amendment #2 (substitute) and the underlying bill, S. 1, a bill to approve the Keystone XL pipeline. The filing deadline for first degree amendments is 3:00pm on Monday and the filing deadline for second degree amendments is 5:00pm Monday.
