Following any leader remarks, the Senate with proceed to Executive Session to resume consideration of the nomination of Mike Pompeo to be Director of the Central Intelligence Agency.
There will be up to 6 hours of debate, equally divided, followed by a roll call vote on confirmation of the Pompeo nomination.
If all time is used (6 hours, equally divided) roll call vote at approximately 9:00pm
