Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of S.1, a bill to approve the Keystone XL Pipeline, with the time until 12:30pm equally divided and controlled between the two Leaders or their designees, with the Democrats controlling the first half and the Republicans controlling the final half.

The Senate will recess from 12:30 until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.

Prior to adjourning, Senator Murkowski announced that she and Senator Cantwell will work to set up a path forward that will include some amendment votes on pending amendments and others that are waiting in the queue. She hopes to set some of those votes for after lunch.
