Energy bill pending, 5:30pm vote reminder
The Senate has begun consideration of Calendar #218, S. 2012, Energy Policy Modernization Act of 2015, with debate only until 2:15pm. We expect Senator Murkowski to offer substitute amendment #2953 after the caucus recess.
The first roll call vote of the day is expected to begin at approximately 5:30pm. That vote will be on confirmation of Executive Calendar #306, the nomination of John Michael Vazquez, of New Jersey, to be United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey.
