Following any leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Calendar #218, S. 2012, Energy Policy Modernization Act of 2015, with the time until 12:00 noon equally divided between the two managers or their designees.

At 12:00 noon, the Senate will vote on Crapo amendment #3021 (nuclear energy technologies) and at 1:45pm, the Senate will vote on Schatz amendment #2965 (advanced research projects). The time following the disposition of the Crapo amendment until 1:45pm will be equally divided between the two managers or their designees. Additional votes are possible during Thursday's session.
