Senate amendments agreed to by voice vote
The Senate has agreed to the following amendments to S.2012, the Energy Policy Modernization Act of 2016, by voice vote:
Barrasso SA #3029 (Indian tribal dev);
Baldwin SA #2984 (water and wastewater treatment facilities);
Wyden SA #3001 (geothermal);
Capito SA #3063 (ethane storage);
Daines SA #3020 (Gibson Dam project); and
Hirono SA #3067 (minorities).
The Senate is now in a period of morning business with senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each.
