Senate resumes consideration of S.2012, Energy Policy; Roll call vote reminder - 12:00 noon and 1:45pm
The Senate has resumed consideration of Calendar #218, S. 2012, Energy Policy Modernization Act of 2015, with the time until 12:00 noon equally divided between the two managers or their designees.
As a reminder, at 12:00 noon, the Senate will vote on Crapo amendment #3021 (nuclear energy technologies) and at 1:45pm, the Senate will vote on Schatz amendment #2965 (advanced research projects). The time following the disposition of the Crapo amendment until 1:45pm will be equally divided between the two managers or their designees. Additional votes are possible during today's session.
