The Senate has reconvened.
Senator McConnell asked unanimous consent for committees to meet during today's session and that the consents be agreed to, en bloc.
Senator Schumer objected.
The Senate continues to debate the nomination of Rex Tillerson to be Secretary of State, post-cloture.
