Next vote at 2:30pm, Tuesday, February 2
The Senate has reached an agreement that on Tuesday, February 2nd at 2:30pm, there will be roll call votes on Lee amendment #3023 (national monuments) and Franken amendment #3115 (energy efficiency). No 2nd degree amendments are in order and a 60 vote affirmative threshold is required for adoption of each amendment. The time from 2:15pm until 2:30pm will be equally divided in the usual form.
