Roll Call Vote on Adoption of H.J.Res.38

2:37pm The Senate began a 15 minute roll call vote on adoption of H.J.Res.38, approving the rule submitted by the Department of the Interior known as the Stream Protection Rule.

Agreed to: 54-45

Following disposition of the joint resolution, we expect Senator McConnell to file cloture on Cabinet nominations that could require votes to proceed to Executive and Legislative Session for each nomination.
