Cloture vote moved to 11:30am; 2nd degree amendment filing deadline at 10:30am
The cloture vote with respect to Murkowski amendment #2953 (substitute) to S.2012, Energy Policy Modernization Act, has been moved to 11:30am. The additional time will be equally divided in the usual form.
As a result, the filing deadline for 2nd degree amendments to the substitute and bill will be approximately 10:30am this morning. All second degree amendments to the substitute and underlying bill must be germane and timely filed to be considered in order post-cloture. If your senator has an amendment, please send a signed copy to the cloakroom prior to the deadline so that we may file it at the desk for you. If you have already filed there is no need to re-file.
