8:01 pm, the Senate began a 15 minute roll call vote on the McConnell motion to request the presence of absent senators.
The motion to request the presence of absent senators was agreed to 88-3.
Following this vote, there will be a vote to appeal the ruling of the chair that the words spoken by Senator Warren violate Rule 19.
