2 roll call votes expected at 6:51pm if all time is used
The Senate continues to debate the Sessions nomination, post-cloture. If all time is used, at 6:51pm, all post-cloture debate time will expire and the Senate will proceed to two roll call votes on the following:
- Confirmation of Executive Calendar #14, the nomination of Jeff Sessions, to be Attorney General
- Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #13, the nomination of Thomas Price, to be Secretary of Health and Human Services
Procedural roll call votes remain possible.
