Cloture Filed on the Jordan Nomination
During Thursday's session of the Senate, cloture was filed on Executive Calendar #437, the nomination of Adalberto Jose Jordan, of Florida, to be United States Circuit Judge for the 11th Circuit.
By unanimous consent, the cloture vote on the Jordan nomination will occur at approximately 5:30pm on Monday, February 13th.
