Following any leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business until 10:30am.

Following morning business, the Senate will proceed to the consideration of Calendar #359, H.R.757, North Korea Sanctions Enforcement Act of 2016. There will be up to 7 hours of debate equally divided in the usual form. Following the use or yielding back of time, the committee-reported amendment will be agreed to and the Senate will vote on the bill, as amended.

We expect that vote to occur at approximately 5:00pm.
