Senate considering H.R.757, North Korea Sanctions

The Senate is considering Calendar #359, H.R.757, North Korea Sanctions Enforcement Act of 2016. There will now be up to 7 hours of debate equally divided in the usual form. Following the use or yielding back of time, the committee-reported amendment will be agreed to and the Senate will vote on the bill, as amended.

We expect the vote to occur at approximately 5:00pm. Another message will be sent when the timing of the vote is more certain.
