Following any leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the conference report to accompany H.R.644, Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015, with the time until the cloture vote equally divided between the two Leaders or their designees. Under the rule, the cloture vote will occur at approximately 10:30am. If cloture is invoked, there would then be up to 30 hours of debate. We may be in a position to yield back time and vote on adoption of the conference report before lunch.

During Thursday's session, we also expect to vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #361, the nomination of Leonard Terry Strand, of South Dakota, to be US District Judge for the Northern District of Iowa.
