The Senate then resumed Legislative Session and, by consent, S.1963, A bill to repeal section 403 of the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2013, was returned to the Legislative Calendar of Business. Senator Reid then moved to proceed to S. 1982, Comprehensive Veterans Health and Benefits and Military Retirement Pay Restoration Act of 2014.
