Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business with senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each.

As a reminder, tonight Senator McConnell moved to Executive Session to consider Executive Calendar #443, Robert McKinnon Califf, to be Commissioner of Food and Drugs, Department of Health and Human Services, and filed cloture on the nomination.

At 5:30pm on Monday, February 22, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Califf nomination.
