Reconsideration of cloture vote MTP to DHS appropriations expected in the 2:45-3pm range today

There is a good chance that we see a roll call vote in the 2:45-3:00pm range today on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R.240, DHS appropriations, upon reconsideration. We need to adopt 2 procedural motions before getting to the reconsideration vote. Those would be voice votes. If cloture is invoked, there would be up to 30 hours of post-cloture debate on the motion to proceed.
