4:30pm vote on Hagel nomination
Upon reconsideration, cloture on the Hagel nomination was invoked by a vote of 71-27.
The Senate then reached an agreement to yield back remaining post-cloture debate time and at 4:30pm today vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #10, the nomination of Charles Timothy Hagel, of Nebraska, to be Secretary of Defense.
