Agreement on Lew nomination

The Senate has turned to Executive Session to consider Executive Calendar #26, the nomination of Jacob Lew, of New York, to be Secretary of the Treasury. There will now be up to 8 hours for debate equally divided between the two Leaders or their designees. Upon the use or yielding back of time, the Senate will proceed to vote on confirmation of the nomination.
