5:30pm RCV reminder

As a reminder, at 5:00pm the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to S.524, Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act of 2015, with the time until 5:30pm equally divided between the two managers or their designees.

At 5:30pm, there will be a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to S.524.
