- At 9:30am the Senate will resume consideration of H.R.1105, the Omnibus Appropriations bill.
- At 11:00 a.m., British Prime Minister Gordon Brown will address a Joint Meeting of Congress from the Hall of the House of Representatives in the U.S. Capitol. Senators should begin gathering in the Senate Chamber at 10:30 a.m. to proceed as a body at 10:40 a.m. to the House Chamber.
- The Senate will recess at 10:40am until 12:00pm for the Joint Session of Congress.
- Resume consideration of H.R.1105, the Omnibus Appropriations bill.
