The McConnell motion to table the Paul motion to discharge S.J.Res.31, F-16 sale to Pakistan, was agreed to by a vote of 71-24. The Senate is in a period of morning business with senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each. There will be no further roll call votes today.
