McConnell objected request to consider district court judges following consideration of Capital Formation bill

This morning Senator Reid asked that immediately following disposition of H.R. 3606, an act to increase American job creation and economic growth by improving access to the public capital markets for emerging growth companies, the Senate proceed to Executive Session and votes on confirmation of the district court nominations listed below. Senator McConnell objected to the Leader's request.
