Inhofe amendment #29, as modified; agreed to; Toomey amendment pending
The Inhofe amendment #29 (Farms/EPA) was modified and agreed to.
Senator Toomey then called up amendment #115 (cuts $60 million in funding for DoD biofuels).
Senator Brown asked unanimous consent to set aside the Toomey amendment in order to call up amendment #83 (Customs Services). Senator Mikulski objected on behalf of Senator Landrieu.
We will work on an agreement to vote in relation to the Toomey amendment today. As always, I'll send another message if and when any agreement is reached or vote is scheduled.
