5:45pm roll call vote on passage of H.J.Res.42

The Senate has reached an agreement that at 5:45pm today, the Senate vote on passage of H.J.Res.42, disapproving the rule submitted by the Department of Labor relating to drug testing of unemployment compensation applicants. The time between now and 5:45pm will be equally divided, with Senator Wyden controlling 15 minutes of the Democratic time.
