Further, the time from 10:30am until 12:30pm will be equally divided and controlled between the two leaders or their designees, with Senators permitted to speak for up to 10 minutes each, with the Majority controlling the first half and the Republicans controlling the final half.
The Senate will stand in recess from 12:30pm-2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
At 2:15pm, the Senate will resume consideration of H.R.1586, the vehicle for the FAA reauthorization bill. Roll call votes in relation to the FAA bill are expected to occur Tuesday afternoon.
