The Senate has reached an agreement that at 12:45pm tomorrow, Thursday, March 17, the Senate will proceed to the consideration of Calendar #375, S.Res.377, directing the Senate Legal Counsel to bring a civil action to enforce a subpoena of the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, with one hour of debate equally divided in the usual form. Upon the use or yielding back of time, the Senate will vote on adoption of the resolution.
