Defend Trade Secrets vote at 5:30pm Monday, April 4
The Senate has reached an agreement that at 5:00pm on Monday, April 4, the Senate will proceed to the consideration of Calendar #355, S.1890, Defend Trade Secrets Act, with 30 minutes of debate equally divided. Upon the use or yielding back of time, the committee-reported substitute amendment will be agreed to and the Senate will vote on passage of the bill, as amended.
