Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the message to accompany S.764, the legislative vehicle for the GMO labeling bill.

The time following leader remarks until 11:45am will be equally divided between the two Leaders or their designees. At 11:45am, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to concur in the House amendment (Defund Planned Parenthood Act of 2015) to S.764 (National Sea Grant College Program Amendments Act of 2015), with an amendment, which is McConnell for Roberts amendment #3450 (GMO labeling).

The filing deadline for second degree amendments to the substitute is 10:45am tomorrow, Wednesday. All second degree amendments to the substitute must be germane and timely filed to be considered in order post-cloture. If your senator has an amendment, please send a signed copy to the cloakroom prior to the deadline so that we may file it at the desk for you. If you have already filed there is no need to re-file.
