Votes delayed until 2:00pm

The previously scheduled votes have been delayed until 2:00pm today. In the meantime, the managers of the bill will continue to work on an agreement to consider additional amendments to the Continuing Appropriations act.

3 roll call votes expected at 2:00pm:

-          In relation to Toomey amendment #115 (expect a point of order and motion to waive with 60-vote threshold);

-          Mikulski-Shelby substitute amendment #26, as amended (majority vote threshold); and

-          Cloture on H.R.993, Continuing Appropriations (60-vote threshold).
