The Senate has reached an agreement that at 12:15pm today there be 10 minutes of debate, equally divided in the usual form, remaining on S.J.Res.34 (Broadband CRA). Following the use or yielding back of time, the Senate will vote on passage of the joint resolution.
Following disposition of the joint resolution, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #20, David Friedman to be Ambassador to Israel. If cloture is invoked, there will be up to 30 hours of post-cloture debate; upon the use or yielding back of time, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the nomination.
