Daines amendments called up--Morning Business

Senator Daines called up amendment #388 and amendment #389. The Senate is in a period of morning business with senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each. When the Senate resumes consideration of the Budget resolution tomorrow (around 9:45am), 18 hours of debate time will remain.
