Portman and Sanders amendments pending

Senator Portman called up amendment #349 (medically complex children in Medicaid). Senator Sanders then called up amendment #386 as a side by side to the Portman amendment. The Sanders amendment creates a deficit neutral reserve fund to protect Medicaid beneficiaries from benefit cuts.

We are still working towards vote on the Sanders, Portman and Sanders amendments at noon, but no agreement has been reached yet.
