Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #1, Treaty 114-12, Protocol to the North Atlantic Treaty of 1949 on the Accession of Montenegro, post-cloture. Upon the use or yielding back of time, the Senate will dispose of any pending amendments and vote on ratification of the treaty.
